*Overview.** This website is operated by ZapGrime ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting zapgrime.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
**Eligibility.** You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.
**Products and pricing.** We sell products in partnership with independent US brands, who fulfil orders directly from their own facilities. We do our best to display products, descriptions, availability and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, to change prices without notice, and to cancel any order affected by an error, in which case we'll refund you in full. All prices are in US dollars. Product colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
**Orders.** Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it at our discretion (for example, if an item is out of stock or a payment can't be verified). Your order is accepted when it ships. We may limit quantities per person or per order.
**Discounts and promotions.** Discount codes can't be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes intended for a specific audience (for example, first-time customers) may be voided if used outside those conditions.

**Product use and safety.** Follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings and age guidance. Several of our products contain lithium batteries, produce heat, open flame or electrical arcs, or are not suitable for children. You are responsible for using products safely and lawfully. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the brand partner.
**User content.** If you tag us or send us photos, videos or reviews, you grant ZapGrime a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in our marketing. We may remove content we consider unlawful, offensive or off-brand.
**Intellectual property.** The ZapGrime name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for the purpose of selling their products.
**Third-party links.** Our site may link to third-party sites or platforms (including TikTok Shop). We're not responsible for their content or practices.
**Limitation of liability.** To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZapGrime is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
**Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
**Changes.** We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
